Try to revert to old firmware - 5859EX - solved the problem for me. You will need to disable auto provisioning to stay on this firmware.

I found the problem - check your primary line on phone port - set it to SP1. In my case it was set to Trunk 1 and that caused the problem. Seems like a bug.

Thanks for the suggestion(s) .. my Phone Port was already set to SP1 Service, so that isn't the problem in my case.

Im having same issue on Port 2 of Obihi 202...NO dial tone but calls are getting forwarded to my cell ok.
Port 1 for my other number is just fine and working correctly. Port 2 does have a solid green light port 1 has a flashing green light. Power light is solid green.

Any thoughts?
