Dial Plan for 911 calling (using bulkvs.com)?

I have an account with bulkvs.com for 911 service.

I have been using it with my Linksys device, Simon Gateway and Google Voice (GV). I have added the following to my Linksys dial plan:
<911S0:14242798921>|<922S0:14242798922>

Thus, when I dial 911 GV rings 14242798921 (and the call is forwarded to 911 by bulkvs).
Dialing 922 rings 14242798922 (test number).

How do I set this up with my new Obi202 on SP3 (Configured with GV)?
