Keypad responses to autoattendant on incoming calls not being recognized OBI200

Changing ChannelRxGain values does not help.  I've tried other solutions proposed for this same type of issue for the older unsupported model, and nothing works.

Any ideas?  Do I need to just buy the OBi phones or try a different phone?

I've had OBI200 for a year now and this has never happened until today.
