OBi202 Google Voice - Only 2 Rings on Phone

I have an Obi202 with Google Voice.  The person calling me hears multiple rings that last the correct amount of time, but on my phone, I only hear 2 rings before going to voicemail.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?
