Only hearing a hang up tone when trying to listen to voicemails

Hi,

We are using the Vtech DECT 6.0 phone and have connected our GV # along with Obihai202.  When we are trying to listen to our voicemails, it just makes a beeping sound as if it's been disconnected.  This wasn't an issue until last month. Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot this?
