obi110 -> freepbx setup

I just setup the FreePBX which connects to GV.  I am able to dial out and receive calls through yate.

However, the obi110 can't dial out as I tried to setup the same as "yate".  What's the proper way to setup obi110 to use SIP (PJSIP, not XMPP)?   Any help would be appreciated.
