STILL UNRESOLVED: Phone not ringing or connecting on incoming calls

PLEASE HELP SOLVE THIS PROBLEM  
Not sure what info is needed to find soln, so if more is needed, please advise. I need help as soon as possible!!! Have OBI202 with GV set up. Been working for months. Haven't changed anything, but now phone isn't usually ringing or connecting to incoming calls. I checked firmware, it is current: 3.2.2.5898. On rare occasions when phone does ring, it asks you to press 1 to accept call. When 1 is pressed, it doesn't register the fact that you are pressing it, so call is never connected. Almost always outgoing calls can be place on that same phone. However, within the last week or so, I have been unable to make calls on several attempts. I get a voice notification stating something like "the service provider has not been ..." I'm completely baffled and would appreciate any known solution to these issues.

Can someone (hero) from this forum post the link to most current firmware for OBi5xxx, I believe it is 4.05 (Build 5903EX)  TIA.

200/202 doesn't ring... but, outbound calls ok...

I have spent another morning, creating new google talk number/account, etc, etc...

COULD SOMEONE FROM OBIHAI JUST BE HONEST AND COME HERE AND SAY, WE DON'T KNOW, ITS NOT WORKING, YES YOU BOUGHT A NEW DEVISE THAT PROMISED TO WORK WITH GOOGLE TALK, BUT, IT DOESN'T, AND WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PROBLEM IS... PLEASE, JUST BE HONEST, STOP WITH THE BS POSTS ABOUT, BE MORE SPECIFIC, ETC... USERS ARE TRYING, BUT, NO FIXES , OH WELL
