Obi 200 not answering certain calls

I have used an Obi 200 for some time - very few problems.  But over the past couple of months I have noticed that certain incoming calls do not ring my (home) phone, but go directly to a Google Voice message.  It has actually happened to me using my own cell to call my google voice (home phone) number.  But it also happens with other numbers - most often things work, but sometimes they don't.  Does anybody know what is going on?  Is there a fix?

I've had a similar problem the past few days..

I have an obi200.. up until a few days ago everything was fine, I've been using an obi100/200 for the past 5 years and have had no issues in the past configuring these devices.

I just removed my sp1/sp2, reconfigured both, reset the obi..rebooted the network.

My Google Hangouts ring, but my home phone does not ring, nothing happens...

But people can call us, no problems. 

Any suggestions?
