I have an Obi 200 running v3.2.2 (Build: 5898EX) configured with Google Voice.  I can make outgoing calls fine with no problems.  Incoming calls will ring, but when I pick up there is no audio.  Both the caller and I hear silence.  When I hang up, the call is disconnected.

I followed the reset procedures exactly as described in https://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=13868.msg89076#msg89076 and this has not fixed the problem.

I have posted some screenshots from the admin interface during incoming calls and some other stats.  Please let me know if you would like me to post any other information.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.  My Obi 200 is the landline for my parents in a retirement home, so it is frustrating for them not to be able to receive incoming calls.

Thank you!

I am experiencing the same problem on my OBI202 v3.2.2 (Build: 5898EX) configured with Google Voice.  Calls may be made to and from the OBI but no audio and call drops after 15 seconds or so.  My call stats look the same as yours.  I have also tried SteveInWa's advice to remove and remount the OBI (many times) as well as all of the following but still have no audio.

1)  Put OBI on DMZ on Router.
2)  Skipped router and plugged OBI directly into the hub that feeds our house (we are on a school campus) with only one phone.
2)  Transfered GV number to another account and updated GV credentials on OBITalk as advised in post http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=14643.0
3) Reverted to Firmware 5859EX (after turning off auto update via Web interface).

OBI behaves the same every time.  Rings or calls ...no audio...drops call.   I am stumped.

Any ideas of other paths to try.  This OBI has been a great box for us and worked well until just a few days ago.

So:  there is currently a bug that Google has yet to isolate a root cause (there is an open ticket on it).

The fix is to transfer the Google Voice number back and forth from your desired/original Google account, to some other Google account, and then transfer it back again.  We don't know yet what error state this is fixing yet, but it seems to fix these problems.

Steve, thanks for the quick reply.  I will try the switch back and forth again,  but have already tried once with no improvement and thought I did all the steps correctly.

Any luck?   problems here too, trying Everything... no luck

No luck.  I created a new Google account, transferred GV number and still no audio.  Transferred back...still no audio.
