Can't make or receive any calls through google voice

New issue, I cannot make any calls outside of the obi numbers (Like **9 222 222 222, or ***1), what this means is I cant call any phone numbers like (555) 555 5555. I don't know if i'm explaning this correctly..

I know it is probably a problem with my google voice account, but I don't know what.

You could certainly explain much better.

Have you ever been able to make calls through using GV?  Are you able to receive calls through GV.  If this is a "new" problem, what has changed that you are aware of?
