I have a SPA941 Cisco that I been trying to set up for the last two weeks on my OBI200 system. I have been able to get a wired phone on the system with my google voice number and its ability to work so my box is working fine.

I did find a PDF online (OBi-VoIP-Device-Attach-Legacy-IP-Phone-Workbook-v1-0) and in reading that I was able to get a softphone on my computer working. and in using that info I was able to get an app on an old cell phone of mine working on my wifi.

I thought I could use that same info and get the Cisco phone working... but no luck. I do have a FreePBX system on my local network that the cisco phone can register with. So I belive the phone is working fine. I am just not able to get it to talk with my OBi200 system.

Here is some places were I got my info at:

Please delete the other duplicate of your post so that all discussion is contained in this thread.

The later versions of OBi200/202 firmware that support the current incarnation of GV have a bug or feature that prevents some IP phones from being able to register to them.  See previous discussions eg http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=14002.0

sorry about that. I was getting an error on the site saying that it did not post.

I will look at what you posted.

Thank you.

I think I am getting someplace now. Since I setup the phone so it is not registered it will work. But eveytime I try to dial out it only calls ph1 I think I don't have the InboundCallRoute setup right. But I don't know what one I should change.

my setup is like likes:
SP1 Service my google voice
SP3 my Cisco phone.
SP4 My softphone

As per http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=12492.msg80303#msg80303

"OBi200:
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile D  SIP -> ProxyServer: 127.0.0.1
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile D  SIP -> X_SpoofCallerID: Checked
Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> AuthUserName: OBi200
Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> AuthPassword: OBi200PW
Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> X_RegisterEnable: Unchecked
Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> X_ServProvProfile: D
Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> X_Proxy: Checked
Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute:
{OBi200>(Msp1):sp1}
The above will route outbound calls to SP1"

You modify the above:
1. You are using SP3 (and presumably Profile C) for the Cisco phone.
2. Do not have X_Proxy checked.

I was able with your help get the line working but then I got a new error. (488 Not Acceptable Here) But I did some searching on here and was able to find a thread at http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=13489.msg89474#msg89474 where they had a same problem with a cisco phone. and what they did worked for me also.

Thank you for your help drgeoff
