I have an ObBi1032 configured with several Google Voice numbers.  I have always experienced on off muted audio problems and I simply redial the number to fix the problem, recently this problem has gotten worse.  Today I received a call and the person on the other end could not hear me.  I called him back from the same number and he still could not hear me.  I then called him back using the second extension on my phone (different GV number) and he still could not hear me.  I finally gave up and called back with my Ooma device.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?

This one-way audio problem can be fixed by disabling SIP ALG in your router settings.

A journeyman electrician sent his apprentice with a 5-gallon bucket and was told to put the ends of the service drop in the bucket and fill it with volts. He was there all day.

Thanks.  I have an ASUS Router.  I have a SIP Pass through set to enabled.  I just set it to disabled and applied the change.  I am hoping this is equivalent to your suggestion.

That should work. Some routers call it SIP Pass Through and most others it's SIP ALG.
Hope this helps.
