Hook flash?

I was on an outgoing call (via GV) and in the middle of the call my call was "lost" and I received a dial-tone.

Upon further inspection after the fact I see that the OBI200 detected a "HOOK-FLASH"

from the syslog output:

I can confirm that I (nor did anybody else) touch the phone switch-hook or dial pad on the phone

So the question is, what triggered the uncommanded hook-flash on the OBi and how do I prevent it in the future?

Hook flash is merely a brief break in the circuit between phone and OBi.

While on a call, even the **9 222 222 222 echo test, give the cord (between phone and OBi) and the plugs at each end of it a good wiggle.  Do you get dial tone again?
