First of all, to cover all bases, just verify that your number is what you think it is. Call your cellphone or another phone with caller ID from your Google Voice line and just double-check that. Also, while you're at it, make sure your dial tone is steady, not signalling call forwarding.
If that's your number, and you somehow haven't forwarded your phone to Dell, it's a bit of a mystery.
Make sure your inbound call route on your GV SP is just ph, ph1, or ph2. Make sure it's nothing else.
Check your settings on the Google Voice web page (voice.google.com, select settings from the menu glyph at upper left) and make sure your phone is just going to your Obi. Then select Legacy Google Voice and check again.
