It's difficult to separate what you've said so far from the other poster, Chris. You said originally that you have two 1062s, correct? Now you are describing one 1062. So, what is the actual status of each of the phones?
An OBi IP phone should power up and boot to the usual GUI on its LCD panel. If you have two devices, did you try swapping the power adapters between them?

Hello - I know this thread is old, but I just got a 1062 today (6/8/2020) and I'm getting the same error message. Also I'm unable to update based on instructions on the website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
