my obihai is not working

connected to google voice. connected to the internet with a wifi piece.
problem 1) sometimes the phone LED is off
2) even when its on solid, the phone doesnt work some of the time.

Has it ever worked?

Have you connected the obi directly to a router with an ethernet cable?

Have you tried the phone at a friends house to know if the phone is working?

have you read thru the forum and tried any troubleshooting steps?

have you tried to delete GV, and add it back to your dashboard?

Do you have any other service providers

etc etc

sometimes when the solid light is on, the phone does work. earlier, i made one phone call. when i tried making another one, didnt work.

did not try connect directly with ethernet cable
did not delete GV.. dont know how to do that..
