Two numbers and missed calls from the 1st number is going to the 2nd number

I just want this issue fixed is all. Do I need to provide screenshots to prove this is happening?
I don't know what else to do.

This is driving me up the wall. Please Steve have someone that works in Google Voice take a look at my two numbers. Please help me. Please.

I can provide proof that I do not have my Cell phone forwarding to the 2nd number since my service does not allow call forwarding.
