can't set up new obi202 for one phone

it passed the echo test. updated firmware. changed DNSServer1 to 4.2.2.2. Still it didn't work. (from the phone ->  the number you dialed **5 ---- has been sent to the server. After about 120 seconds, the web page changed to -> Failed to connect to your device. Please check your device's internet connection.) What to do next? how to contact the customer service? can only find this forum to report. Please help. Thank you.
