Cannot add device to account

Model number is OBI202
Connected to internet and touchtone phone and power.
Lights on front of devices are:
POWER: solid green
Right of power: blinking green
Next three lights: off
TEST call to **9 222 222 222 echos just fine - PASS
ADD device call to **5 nnnn (from prompt) - can hear "the number you dialed, **5 nnnn has been sent to the server.
Website then times out on the countdown and returns with new page "Failed to connect your device."

I'm having the same issue. My syslog says it's connecting to the to OBI's server.

I just got my OBi202 and cannot add the device.  Echo Test works fine.  Any advice?
