Is there any way to edit the Auto Attendant User Prompts on my OBi1032 as I have been using OBI-Expert from the OBiTalk Dashboard?
I want to set-up MOH using the method in Post #3 http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=11991.0 as the AA User Prompts are not showing. They do show up on the Local UI.

A journeyman electrician sent his apprentice with a 5-gallon bucket and was told to put the ends of the service drop in the bucket and fill it with volts. He was there all day.

I thought I would give it a try using the Local GUI to upload my MOH audio file to the Auto Attendant user prompt. It's now working. It only works for the 5 GV lines in this phone. When calling SP1 which is with Future-nine, it reverts to generic music. As Future-nine is Asterisk-based, that music is probably coming from their system.

What I also find is that although my MOH audio file has a length of just over 5 minutes, it only plays for about a minute, then loops. If I had known that, I would have edited the WAV file to be shorter and not have uploaded a 29MB file but a lot smaller. I would like to know just how long an audio file can be before it gets chopped off.

I know this is an old thread but in my testing it cuts off at 60 seconds and starts over.

Yes, same as N7AS wrote: ".... it only plays for about a minute, then loops."
