New OBI 200 - Getting message "There is no service to complete your call"

Just got anew OBI200. Followed the quickstart and did the test call **9 222 222 222 - however I get the message "There is no service to complete your call"
Tried some of the troubleshooting options including rebooting this device and my router.
I added the OBI200 to a DMZ on my router.
I also went ahead a loaded the latest firmware 3.2.2 (Build: 5859EX)

I use Verizon FIOS as my ISP. Any ideas? Ready to send back to Amazon
