Call Failed: 403 Forbidden

Beast:
Very strange. Just started getting this error message when I attempt to dial out using my Obihai 1062 with Google Voice.  Incoming calls work just fine.  I made an outgoing call about 30 mins ago and just tried to make another one and got that message.

Any ideas?

Same here. Getting this message, "The number you dialed ### was rejected by the service provider. Reason is 403."

1:50 p.m. PST - Mine just started working again. I hope all of yours did, too.

Same issue here with my Google Voice setup. I was on a conference call, hung up to dial into another call using the same number and got the "The number you dialed was rejected by the service provider. Reason is 403". I can receive a call, but unable to answer the call and, I cannot make any call
