Sudden loss of service (Google Voice over OBI)

My OBi200 is configured with Google Voice. It has been working with no issues till literally today in the middle of the day it stopped. Here are the symptoms:
- calling any number takes me to a message: "The number you dialed was rejected by service provider reason is 403"
- when someone calls me I hear the ring, pick up the phone, but it doesn't connect me, the caller still hears the ringing tone.
Any help!

Seconded. This is happening on all 14 devices on my account.

I saw a lot of posts on Google Voice help forum, then later people started to report that it is working. Mine is working fine now. I wonder what the cause was, but at least I know it wasn't me.

It was an outage on Google's VoIP calling platform, which was fixed. It was not specific to OBiTALK products, other than the fact that they link to that platform.
