Obi212, Google Voice setup

Here's my issue:

My place of work has extensions where we can only dial other extensions, not outside lines.  I plug the line coming from my wall jack into the "line" port on the obi212.  I plug my wall phone into the "phone" port on the Obi212.  I have set up Google Voice on my Obi212 without issue.  I can call my GV number and both my wall phone and my cell phone with my GV account logged in ring at the same time.  I can dial other extensions from my wall phone by dialing ##and the extension number without issue.  I want my cell phone that has my GV account on it and my wall phone at work to ring when someone calls my extension number at work.  Also, I want to be able to dial other extensions at work from my cell phone.  How can I do this?

You should be able to call the other extensions without needing the ##.
