My Obi shows my own number as a caller ID when people not in my gmail contacts

Hi Fellas , just started using OBI as my primary landline and got E911 service as well. Everything went cool except caller ID. When the person who called not in my gmail contacts , caller ID shows my own number. Can anyone please advise how to set proper caller ID when they are not in my contacts.

Go to the link below and change your "Caller ID (Incoming)" setting to "Display Caller's Number."
