Can I setup ObiWiFi as a fail-over connection on Obi1022?

I have an Obi1022 connected to the network via ethernet, and a ObiWiFi adapter that I was using with the phone before I ran the cable.
Can I still leave the ObiWiFi connected and use it as a failover connection in case the wired connection loses connectivity?
i.e. I want to have the Obi1022 prefer the ethernet connection, and if the connection experiences issues (poor connection resulting in staticy calls) fall back to the Wifi. Is this even possible? If so, where / how can I configure this?
