Cannot do a Voice conference 3 way with Obitalk number Polycom SoundStation 2

Hi,

I'm newbie, with 3 Polycom SoundStation 2 Analog conference phone. When i call by Obitalk number with 2 site, it's working ok. But when i add 1 more site by conference key, it's cannot. The 1st site will hear the waitting tone, then disconect.

Could you show me any configuration for this Obihai, or any step for make a confence call. I followed the admin guide step,but it still not work.
