I thought that I might be able to add a phone number to the forward syntax "PP(ob200123456)" which will instruct the distand obi to dial that number. is that not possiple.
If you're wanting the receiving OBi to dial a PSTN number, you might try the following:
Originiating OBi:
Forwarding number : PP(n*18005551212)
Speed Dial n : PP(ob200123456)
where 18005551212 is the number to dial and 200123456 is the receiving OBi.
Receiving OBi:
Voice Services -> OBiTALK Service -> InboundCallRoute : {200654321>(Msp1):sp1},{ph}
where 200654321 is the originating OBi. sp1 (2 places) may be sp2 or li instead if desired.

RonR, thanks again for help:
Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute : {(254xxxxxxx):ph},{sp1(1234567899)}
Numbers matching 254xxxxxxx will ring the PHONE Port.
All others will be forwarded to 1234567899 using SP1.
Can it be possible to add few more features while keeping the above ones intact:
1) Four specific numbers (say, 7777777777, 8888888888, 9999999999, 6666666666) get Forwarded to 9987654321 using sp1
2) Three specific phones numbers ( say, 5555555555, 3333333333, 2222222222 ) get forwarded to 6868686868 using sp2
3) two specific numbers ( say, 2424242424 and 5656565656 ) gets forwarded to 29292929292 using sp2
4) Numbers matching 254xxxxxxx will ring the PHONE Port (As mapped by you earlier)
5) All others will be forwarded to 1234567899 using SP1. (As mapped by you earlier).
Thank you
Shammi

It's simply a matter of stringing a series of rules together:
Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute:
{(7777777777|8888888888|9999999999|6666666666):sp1(9987654321)},
{(5555555555|3333333333|2222222222):sp2(6868686868)},
{(2424242424|5656565656):sp2(29292929292)},
{(254xxxxx):ph},{sp1(12345678)}

Thanks a lot, RonR! Didn’t check yet, however am sure it will work. First of all, it is not “simple” for all (especially me) and secondly, it made obihai 110 really 110 times useful for me.
Wish you and your loved ones a very happy Christmas in advance.

Hi Ron,
two questions:
-->"Receiving OBi:
-->Voice Services -> OBiTALK Service -> InboundCallRoute : {200654321>(Msp1):sp1},{ph}
-->where 200654321 is the originating OBi. sp1 (2 places) may be sp2 or li instead if desired."
=======
above you stated the direction for the Receiving OBi, but I'm a bit confuse (newbie) about the sp1/2, Msp1, and li. can you please explain what is each ... in any way I want to define what is my state on the receiving end which have the line and the dsl connected ... I do not have forward to GV, but like the forward to go from the distaned obi directly to my cell phone instead of coming to the local obi where a user have to choose 2 and forward the call manually.
============
the second question about restting/rebooting the devise ... especially the remote unite what would you recommend Ron.
Thanks lot!!
Joseph
