I have a GV Number which forwards all calls exclusively to the local number provided by my ITSP. My ITSP is setup as SP1, Port 1, and my GV number is setup as SP2, Port 2, for use on outbound calls. In the past, when the "Chat Box" was available in GV, I would leave it unchecked to prevent a simultaneous ring on port 2 when port 1 would ring. What is the best way to achieve this now? I tried changing different parameters, one at a time, without success.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
