offline, not working

I cannot get my obi device to go online again.  It continually shows "offline" on the obitalk portal.  On the system status screen of my device I see SP1 is "connected" but for obitalk service I only see Acquiring Service (5;over TCP);ex-addr=192.168.1.130:10047(10047). 

What can be done about it?

After I logged out of obitalk and logged back in again then it shows connected and everything works.  This is very weird.
