Obi 202. Been using with GV for years. Unit has been powered off, not used, for 4-5 months. Started up today , all lights steady green, but no dial tone. Phones dead. I have 3 phones, none work. 2 are wired directly into unit. "Phone status" in both web and direct portal is blank, no entries. ***anything gets nothing.
My 2 GV accts, line 1 and line 2, both show connected on dashboard.
"System status" shows ip addresses. "SP Services stats" show all "0"s.
I last used this in August, all was fine. I have not changed anything.
I have rebooted many times. Anything I can do?
Should I assume unit is bad?

Yes, the blank entries for phone status are a sure sign that the phone ports are damaged.

From your "I have 3 phones, none work. 2 are wired directly into unit." I surmise that one OBi phone port is connected to house wiring.  That is likely the cause of your predicament.  A common reason for dead phone ports is that the house wiring has not been properly disconnected from external telco wiring.  Events such as telco and maintenance procedures, thunderstorms etc can put voltages on external wiring.  Those voltages can damage the phone port circuitry.  The two phone ports on an OBi202 share some common circuitry so damage via one port can render both dead.

If you wish to use house wiring with a replacement OBi then ensure, with professional involvement if required, that any house wiring connected to the OBi is properly isolated from external wiring.
