Obi takes two phones calls to connect properly

Whenever I receive or make a call the other party can not hear me but I can hear them.   After I hang up and call back everything works fine.  I have this running through Google voice on a cordless handset.   I did a quick search and couldnt find this topic listed.   Any suggestions on how to fix this?

It could be a problem with your router.  Before proceeding, verify this by temporarily connecting the OBi directly to your broadband modem (power-cycle both units after doing so).  If the problem goes away, your router is likely the source of the problem and can then be addressed.
