I did configure the Obi200 correctly as per the instructions and see the status as connected. (see the screenshot). I am able to call it to any other number i.e. the outgoing is fine. However, with the incoming calls, the issue is that it first go to the google voice and then it forwards to my google voice number to which the Obi200 is configured.
Ideally, in the correct configuration, the incoming call should directly ring to my phone configured with the Obi200 device. not able to understand the incorrect settings in my account.
Please help.
