How to install an Obi so that all the house jacks use it for calls?

First ensure that the external POTS line is completely isolated from the house wiring. Then use a standard phone cord to plug the OBi's (any model) PHONE port into the house wiring.
Thanks for taking the time to respond drgeoff! :)
That sounds simple enough; I'll give it a try.

The telephone line comes into the house at a customer telephone network interface.
Older boxes might have been a two-wire box with screw terminals. Newer boxes have a telephone jack and jumper cable. You can unplug the jumper. The female connector goes to the phone company so you could verify whether your house wiring was good or causing problems. If you unplug that cable, your inside phones should be dead and then you can plug the Obi line port to any phone connector on the wall and all phone jacks now use your Obi.
You MUST tape over the female jack in that box and place a note inside the box stating that you have customer supplied equipment connected inside the house and not to connect that cable unless hey talk with you.
