RE: Sending Faxes with the OBi device

I am trying to send faxes with my fax machine connected to my OBi100 and it is not going through I am getting a Comm error.

Are there any special settings to setup on the OBi to send faxes?

sending faxes using voip is always hit or miss.

What service are you trying to use?

I am trying to GV I don't have any issues using Broadvoice to send faxes and they are a VOIP company.

jimates:
GV doesn't support faxing, although some have reported success in doing so. I never could get it to work myself.

I think those having success turned the baud rate down all the way on the fax.
