setting up Obi to call non-emergency "311" systems?

Hello,

I have an Obi200 with Google Voice on SP1 and PhonePower set to SP2. I use SP1 (Google Voice) for most of my calling and the SP2 (PhonePower) for 911 calls and as an emergency backup if Google Voice is out.

With my current setup, if I were to dial 911 the Obi200 automatically routes the call through my SP2 account over PhonePower. My local city has a non-emergency system where you can call 311 to be connected to the city's call center for things like bulk trash pickup, reporting traffic signal issues, graffiti removal, etc. We also have an 811 system to call before you dig to have lines marked.

Is it possible to set up the Obi200 to automatically dial these non-emergency numbers over my SP2 connection without having to dial **2 to access my other phone line?

For example, when I dial 311 it would make the call over the SP2 connection just like it does when I call 911. Alternatively, can I tell it to convert 311 into the long form number 704-336-7600 and just dial that over SP1 (Google Voice)?

Use OBi Expert to make the following config changes.

Physical Interfaces -> Phone1 Port -> DigitMap
Add the following before "911':
311|811|

Physical Interfaces -> Phone1 Port
Add the following at the beginning of the OutboundCallRoute:
{(311|811):sp2},

To use 704-336-7600:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A General
Add the following to the DigitMap after the beginning parenthesis:
<311:17043367600>|

Do not add 311 to the Phone1 Digitmap or OutboundCallRoute.
