OBi for 2 years, finally my first issue

Hi all,

I have had Anveo hooked up to my OBi 200 for a couple of years now and it has been problem-free.  Love it.

However, lately I have had the audio drop out on calls within 5-10sec of the other party answering.  They continue to hear me, but it's just dead air on my end.  Likewise, if it rings all the way to voicemail I'll hear the 50-ish seconds of ringing and then muted silence before the outgoing voicemail message begins.

I am on the Anveo Canadian plan.

Can anyone offer a suggestion?  I just made the change from the canned Anveo Service Provider to the Generic SP on my OBi dashboard, following the instructions on the Anveo website.  The only thing I was not able to do was change from UDP to TCP.

Help appreciated :)

Figured it out.  Turns out the SIP ALG was turned off on my router...
