Polycom VVX and OBi212

Dear all,
I am trying to use my Polycom VVX IP phone with Google voice. I got OBi212. I followed the instruction here https://voxilla.com/2011/02/15/how-to-obify-your-ip-phone-no-asterisk-involved/ and https://www.ukvoipforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=229 but no success. Appreciate help.

Voice Services - SP1 Service:
X_InboundCallRoute: ph,sp4(1001@yy.yy.yy.yy)
yy.yy.yy.yy = IP address of VVX phone

VVX Phone:
Service Providers - ITSP Profile A - SIP
ProxyServer = xx.xx.xx.xx  (IP address of OBi212)
ProxyServerPort = 5063

Voice Services - SP1 Service:
AuthUserName = 1001
AuthPassword = AnyPhonePassword
X_RegisterEnable = no (or unchecked)
X_UserAgentPort = 5060
