ANVEO not answering my requests for MY monies back after closed account

Just a FYI guys, I closed my ANVEO account with about $13 in it.  They have not refunded my balance back to me, nor have they replied back to my emails requesting such.

I'll keep you advised on the situation.

But for now, buyer beware

Does their ToS address this issue (of refunds)?

I closed our Anveo account a year ago. I requested the refund as per their instructions and they refunded it to Paypal within the week. So at least here it worked. Hopefully they get it back to you soon.

Had occasion to request a refund a few months ago for an account I setup for a friend - refunded promptly.
