Obihai 200 Does not work

On obitalk it shows connected.

echo test worked.

I don't receive incoming nor can I make outgoing calls.

Green light is on steady.

I tried resetting device and reinstalling and still the same problem.

Any advice ?

The working echo test indicates there is probably nothing wrong with your hardware so the problem is likely to be with configuration settings for your ITSP. You haven't even said which ITSP.
