[SOLVED] OBi202 routing call to both lines, help!

Hello, I just signed up with a voip service and bought the 202 device as it was recommended and had the best reviews on Amazon. I just spent the last several hours troubleshooting with the voip provider and his conclusion was that the problem is my device.  The problem is that when I get a call on one phone, both phone connected to the obi ring. This should not happen. I found the problem!!!!  For anyone else that runs into this:

Go to Voice Services , SP1 Service and see the settings for X_InboundCallRoute

If it says ph,ph2 it means it's sending the calls to both phones

You just have to change it to ph or ph2 depending on which phone you're setting up under that service, and do the same for SP2 Service
