I've had a serious problem for over a year with 911 service and my Obi200. The only time Obi responded to my plea for help was a year ago, after my warranty ran out. They said I had to purchase Premium Support to get help, so I did that immediately. Then they never followed up on my case. Now, since my year of paid-for but not received support is about up, I tried again with a new ticket and a phone call. Again, after 5 days there has been no response.
Has anyone ever really gotten support from a ticket request? Has the support been effective, or are we rally just on our own?
Does Obi/Polycom monitor this forum to jump in when needed. I need them to, since their official contact methods yield no results. Obi/Polycom, please contact me!!
