BLF on 1062 with Anveo

I cannot get BLF to work with my Obi1062 phones.  I set it up per the instructions provided by Anveo, but it doesn't work as expected.  Has anyone successfully set up BLF with Obi1062 on Anveo?

I don't have Anveo so cannot answer your specific question but I have had BLF working on my 1032 connected to my FreePBX server.

Thanks for your reply!  I'm still trying to figure this out, so I'm hoping someone has done this successfully with Anveo.  Their support is completely unhelpful, and Obitalk support is non-existent.
