PhonePower Obi200 Register Failed: No Response From Server

So I was on a call, the internet went down, and then Obi200 would not register. After my own failed troubleshooting with reboots of the modem, Obi and reseting the Obi, I contacted both PhonePower and Polycom. PhonePower sent me reboot & setup instructions which get me back to the same place and problem.

For the device:
Power light is green
"Eye" light flashes at high frequency
Phone light is off
When trying to use the phone, dial tone is present and phone light flashes
An out going call gives "no service configured error" message and tells me to login and configure the device - done via phonepower's instructions on SP1, but registration fails.

For the dashboard:
Status is a green dot.


The echo test *9-222-222-222 works just fine.

I have a Zyxel C3000Z modem.
SIP ALG is disabled.
DMZ is enabled for the Obi200.

What do I try next? I have reached out again to Phonepower.
