When I call the google voice number, it rotes me to voice mail

When I call my google voice number, it immediately goes to voice as hello please state your name after the tone. I recently reset my router. I forgot if I need to open some ports for obi to have it work. Do I need to do that? Thanks

It is rarely necessary to open ports.

Your incoming calls are not  going to voicemail.

Log in to https://voice.google.com/settings.  Scroll down to "Screen calls" and move the slider to disable.
