No voice behind VPN

Please help: when I enable VPN on my router (ASUS), the Obihai box doesn't work. No voice, no ring, no anything. When I disconnect VPN, everything backs to normal.

Router: ASUS AC88u
VPN Provider: Keepsolid VPN Unlimited
OBI-202 box
