While calling cell phone on GV

Hi all
I am new on Obitalk  (Obi200)
I have issue while calling on cell phone after it rings I hear loud static and on landline everything works fine
Do i miss any part of setting
Appreciate any help

I have the exact same issue.  I had an Obi100 that was flawless.  I have upgraded to a Obi200 and now I get static when a call a cell phone and they pick up.  It is a 50 / 50 chance i get the static.  I would love any guidance or suggestions on how to fix.  I have not found a solution.
