Screen Saver and Phone Goes To Sleep

Good Day All,  I apologize right up front for having to ask this question but I have tried to find the answer in the manual to no avail.  When I turn on the screen saver, my OBI 2162 goes to sleep.  If anyone calls, it does not wake up, ring or forward the calls.  What am I doing wrong?  I want the screen to go dark when not in use and wake up when called.

Go to your phone screen for Settings for Network IP Address.

Use Chrome browser on your pc (or laptop), input the IP Address at address bar and hit Enter on your keyboard.

Default username/password should be admin/admin, unless you have changed it.

Scroll to bottom for User Settings / User Preferences make sure of the following is at Default (with box checked, if not, make sure to check the boxes):

DefauktRingtone
HomeAppColumns
ScreenSaverShowCustomContents
Brightness

Click Submit at bottom of page, your OBi phone will reboot to lock the changes.
