Can't receive or make calls anymore

When I try to call anyone I get this message - the number dialed has not received responds from service provider??? On my OBI page it shows - Connecting to 216.239.36.144;Token Error. No body can call in either? Every now and then it works like it should. Any ideas?? OBi200

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's working again.  :) :)
