Drgeoff,

The outbound call route shows the following already for both phone ports:

{911:sp2},{933:sp2},{([19]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<##:>):li},{(<#:>):ph2},{(<**70:>(Mli)):li},{(<**82:>(Mbt2)):bt2},{(<**81:>(Mbt)):bt},{(<**8:>(Mbt)):bt},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**3:>(Msp3)):sp3},{(<**4:>(Msp4)):sp4},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

This portion above {911:sp2},{933:sp2} you are suggesting:

it should be changed to {911|933:sp2}
OR
{911|933:sp2}should be added to the beginning, then it would show: {911|933:sp2}{911:sp2},{933:sp2}

Thanks.

Glaucia

{911|933:sp2} is an alternative way of achieving exactly the same result as {911:sp2},{933:sp2}.   You don't need to make the addition to the OutboundCallRoute suggested by azrobert.  But do check what he wrote about the digit maps of the phone ports.

glaucia1023:
This is way out of my league - I'm in healthcare, but I can be very persistent (especially when I'm trying to stick it to Xfinity and drop all of their services eventually).  I downloaded the OBi Device Admin Guide and spent my whole weekend trying to learn this VoiP business. I even downloaded the tutorial on Digit Maps and Call Routing, but haven't even opened it yet. It's like I'm learning a foreign language.  It will take time to be better at it to maybe solve my problems.

Can someone look at this and tell me, does this digit map look right?  I see that it has a 911 rule.  Does it have to have a 933 rule so I can test dial my Anveo 911 service?

Phone 1:
([1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]S9|[1-9][0-9]S9|911|**0|***|#|##|**70(Mli)|**8(Mbt)|**81(Mbt)|**82(Mbt2)|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**3(Msp3)|**4(Msp4)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))

drgeoff:
Insert the 933 between the 911 and **0 parts

.... |911|933|**0|...
